Magic in Every Breath

Often, we fail to appreciate the things we've never had to do without. 

Until Ramsey, I don't think I stopped to consider the significance of every breath we take. When I was 5 months pregnant with him, we vacationed in Disney. Though I was fearful he'd never take a single breath on his own, I made a promise to return with him in 3 years.  In September, we fulfilled that promise with a celebration of his life at Disney World. 

Even though I never wanted to be that family wearing matching shirts, I couldn't think of a better reason to do so.  So, I designed T's for all the guys and girls.  The ladies and kids shirts had a silhouette of Ramsey holding a Mickey balloon and said "Magic in Every Breath". The men's shirts were simple stated, "Life is a Gift".  

It was a celebration worth repeating!!

    It has been over one month since you last posted on this Blog!! I am missing Ramsey, my Kindred Spirit CDH Buddy!! Are you excited for Thanksgiving? It is nearly here!! I am counting my blessings and can already taste the home-cooked food!! ;)

    "I'm curious how many CDH kids have dealt with bowel obstructions and what the symptoms of them were. ~Lisa Barnhart Razza".
    I just read this on the Raising Healthy CDH Children Facebook page. You are Lisa Barnhart Razza.... Correct? I haven't any answers to your question. However. I do have worry and fear for sweet Beautifully Unique Ramsey!! Please tell me that you were only merely curious about bowel obstructions. Hoping and praying that Ramsey is okay!! ;)

      Hi, Friend!! I was going to stop by and "nag" you about not posting in awhile. But then I saw this!! Constipation. Good!! I am so very relieved {No pun intended!!} that what was ailing Ramsey is nothing serious!! ;)

    It has been well over three months since you last posted on this Blog!! I am missing Ramsey, my Kindred Spirit CDH Buddy!! How has Life been? Me? I have experienced quite the interesting two weeks. On January 12th, I slipped, fell, and wrenched my right knee. I am now slowly in recovery!! I. Am. Resilient!! Then, on January 25th, I celebrated my birthday!! The "big 3-0".... ;-O

    It has been over four months since you last posted on this Blog!! I am missing Ramsey, my Kindred Spirit CDH Buddy!! Life has been seemingly busy for me lately. I wrote a fictional children's story for March to post on my Blog, "Minuscule is good!". Hopefully today!! We have been watching my two-year old niece, "Amethyst", twice a week.     Hi!! I saw on Ramsey's Facebook page that people were wearing turquoise for CDH Awareness Day on March 31st!! Awesome!!
