We're sooo close but no

We're sooo close but no surgery yet. The holdup is his BP but that's manageable. His oxygen is good and they are happy about that.

  1. Good to hear he is stable, and may God's loving hands hold him through surgery.

As a comforting thought, I was telling my husband about Ramsey last evening, and he told me a story of his college roommate's nephew who is a CDH survivor. He apparently now has a kevlar diaphram is a rowdie 12- or 13- year old, riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers!

  2. I know that is a roller coaster of emotions when you prepare yourself for surgery and then it gets postponed. I remember on the morning of Dakota's surgery, it was also supposed to be at 8am, and we got there super early, all geared up emotionally, and then I heard it was postponed. I just sat there crying and crying. I was so ready for it, I just wanted it to happen. But there is a perfect time for everything, and it will happen! Many prayers for a stabile day!
